Artist Beth Ann Morrison’s upcoming exhibition “One Breath” will be on view at the Walsh Gallery at Seton Hall University from June through July. “One Breath” is an immersive environment that invites viewers to meander through spaces constructed of fabrics of varying sheerness and textures. Lighting and soothing tonal frequencies will enhance the installation with colors and sounds that are scientifically chosen to counteract negative emotions. Collectively, these elements work together to create an atmosphere that enhances positive states of mind and meditation on the concept of the ultimate peace or paradise on earth. Visitors are encouraged to spend time sitting within rooms containing spaces for relaxing with padded benches and pillows which will swell into gentle organic forms.
